At Happy Yumi, a project by ZBMPROJECT, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights under the GDPR.

Data controller

ZBMPROJECT — operator of Happy Yumi (happyyumi.com). Contact: info@happyyumi.com or the Contact page. We operate remotely from the European Union.

Data we collect

  • Browsing data: IP address, device type, pages visited, language preference, and technical data needed to run the site.
  • Cookies: essential (always on), analytics and advertising (only with your consent). See Cookies below.
  • Newsletter: email address if you subscribe. Sign-up uses double opt-in (email confirmation before activation).
  • Communications: messages you send by email or forms.
  • Premium (future): when paid plans launch we may process name, email and billing data via a payment provider. Premium is not active today and we do not process payments.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide and improve the editorial service (legitimate interest / service delivery).
  • Answer inquiries (legitimate interest).
  • Send the newsletter only after confirmation (consent; unsubscribe anytime).
  • Aggregated analytics (consent).
  • Personalized ads via Google AdSense or similar (consent).
  • Legal compliance.

Cookies

  • Essential / preferences: language, consent, security and basic performance.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and, if configured, Google Tag Manager — only if you accept analytics.
  • Advertising: Google AdSense (and Google partners) — only if you accept advertising.

You can accept, reject or customize cookies via the banner or “Manage cookies” in the footer.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

If ads are enabled, Google and its partners may show ads on Happy Yumi. Ad cookies require prior consent (Consent Mode). Manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. We do not show ads on privacy, terms, contact or Premium pages.

Affiliate links

Some recipe pages may include recommended product links. Purchases through those links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Links are marked sponsored and disclosed in the UI.

Newsletter

Subscription is voluntary and confirmed by email (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe via each email or by writing to info@happyyumi.com.

Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the stated purposes, legal obligations, or until you withdraw consent where that is the basis.

Third parties

We may use hosting, transactional email, analytics (Google) and advertising (Google AdSense) providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at info@happyyumi.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or your local EU supervisory authority.

Minors

Happy Yumi is not directed at children under 16. If we detect such data without parental consent, we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy and will publish the revised version on this page.
