Potatoes bravas have been the quintessential Madrid tapa since the 20th century, with spicy sauce and aioli that define its identity. The air fryer version allows you to prepare them at home without a bar fryer. They are an icon of Spanish tapas on terraces and taverns.

Patatas bravas air fryer is a preparation from Spain with easy difficulty. Reserve about 35 minutes in total (15 for mise en place and preparation, 20 for cooking). Follow the 6 phases in order: each step indicates what to do, what to observe and, when applicable, the time or level of fire.
